Синдром туриста


Оказывается есть такое понятие, как синдром туриста. Не путать с синдромом путешественника (об этом в другой раз).

В интернете встречается информация, что первым признаком синдрома туриста являются проблемы с животиком. Которые начинаются после дегустации местных яств.
Непривычная еда и питье, может омрачить путешествие и приятное времяпровождение сменится постельным режимом.
Тут либо врач в помощь, либо лекарства первой помощи под рукой всегда с собой.

И второй симптом это тревога перед путешествием. Читала, что бывают случаи, когда на ровном месте, откладываются, а то и вовсе отменяются путешествия из-за тревоги "а вдруг"... упадет самолет, сойдет поезд с рельс, автомобильная катастрофа, серьезное отравление в незнакомой стране и с незнакомым языком, бандиты, теракты...
Дома безопаснее!
